Æterna, Inc. Corporation A biotech firm working on the cutting edge of genetic research.  Home office is in downtown Newford, with research branches in Chicago, the South Keys, and Wales.

Aidan (Solimond) His crystal sword was initially a mark of interest for Charlie.  Despite several of the pooka's (Anton) pranks, Aidan and Charlie grew to become friends.  He chased the pooka throughout the freehold, to slay him for the Shadow Court bounty.  He was believed slain after immersion into the underground lake in the second level of the freehold, and his sword Dawnfire was given to Randy by the Ondine, Kethbach.  He returned, very much alive, to Newford with Suramon.  He left her service only recently, siding with Keivhyn to form the Triple Alliance with Elek and Ougha'schaka.

Alashandra (Unknown) Mentioned by Bavda as one not to be trusted, even by fellow Naraka.  Alashandra serves her own ends, and Bavda is not entirely sure that Alashandra has not forsaken Kali entirely for something even darker.  That darker service is to Ougha'schaka, a legendary male leader of the Naraka, woken from sleep by the White Dream to invade Concordia's shores.  She functions as his assessor of tactics and his emissary to the other leaders of the Triple Alliance.

ap'Allyn, Derwyn (Fox Pooka) A Firefighter in his mortal life, Derwyn is a regular at the Scarlet Letter.  He has joined the Commoner Army.

Angel of Grasso Street, The (Mortal) Caregiver and organizer of a variety of charity and outreach programs in the lower income part of Newford.  She also has set up the programs helping the newcomers to the Tombs.  She has been placed in charge of medical work for the Newcomer Army.  She, and her nurses, occupy a small corner of the lower level of Laurette's school.

Lord Augwyr ap'Beriond na'Eilobar

(Auggie)

(Seelie Sidhe)

(House Gwydion)

Son of Lord Beriand.  Played with Anton at Court during their reprimand.  He watched the party closely and when Randy passes out and received his visions.  His voice is prophesied through Charlie during their stay at High Castle.  He has a profound  interest in Henna, a tendency towards cryptic language, and a deep love for his people.  He has recently begun a resistance movement to regain his throne.  His recent speech amongst the Newcomers drew  powerful support, even as an elite squad of commandos ambushed his former home in his name.  That said, his true test are the battles to come...and the prophesies of Samhain's fulfillment.

Azag (Fir Bholg) A Fir-bholg leader, apparently battling Elek, a Fuath.  Originally from the Splinterspeak Mountains in the Far Dreaming.  Their battles have spilled over into the Waking World.  Azag has a 'box' given to him by the 'witches,' which the Naraka are unpleased about. There has also been some talk of the 'Stone,' now known to be the Nemesis Stone, held by Elek.  His mate, Leta, guards his lands in his absence.

Babbitt, Phillip (Mortal) Older brother to Charlie.  When their parents died, Phillip took Charlie under his wing and raised him as his own.  Now 29, he's feeling the weight of those missing years.  Charlie's disappearance has only underscored the fact that he feels its time to he lived his own life.  His concern grew however, as the weeks went on.  He put out several missing person reports on Charlie and paid the rent on Charlie's apartment.  His patience, however, has run out.  He has refused recent payment, and Charlie's last calls were not answered.

Balm, Heather

Bartholomew (Unknown) A tall gaunt enigmatic man who warned Rina regarding Carra's intent.  Recently, he cautioned Anton to be wary of Carra, and seems obsessed with Anton's safety regarding her.  Several attempts to identify his nature have been met with frustration.  Reemerged from hiding and shunned by the Varich, he finds himself at the end of a very frayed rope.  Jacob discovered his love for Eowin, and his fear that his own kind will come for him to exact retribution.  Bart  also seems to be socially queasy around Richard and Kathryn.

Bavda Naraka The apparent second in command of the Naraka clan that dwells on the borders of Azag's holdings in the Splinterspeaks.  She guided the party back into the Source of All Things.  Why she remains is unknown, but it is doubtful she lacks a plan.  She has apparently joined Auggie's forces, despite the rest of her clan remaining back in the Dreaming.

Lord Beriand ap'Eilobar na'Lærcun (Seelie Sidhe)

(House Gwydion)

(Deceased)

A significantly high ranking member of House Gwydion, father of Augwyr, and the former Duke of Amber Moon  for the past several decades.  He was slain in the Conflagration that destroyed his duchy.

Bix (Chimera) A larger than life dragonfly, spawned of Anton Sullivan's Chrysalis.  Ever buzzing around him, he is often forgotten by his compatriots.  But his love for his benefactor knows no bounds, and his talents often surprise his friends.

Capercorn, Jilly (Unknown)

(House Eiluned)

(Deceased)

A human that can, for some reason, see into the Dreaming.  A close friend of both Lorio and Sophie, she worked as a waitress at The Scarlet Letter.  Several cantrips implied she was immediate danger upon the parties return to Newford.  She died during the Samhain revels, at the hands of Dærath.

Carra (Sidhe)

(House Fiona)

Of House Fiona, the red-headed Carra first met the party upon their return to the Court of Newford.  Elaborately dressed in a peacock dress and wearing a silver circlet, her rank seems rather high.  She had an interest in Rina, an alliance with Eowin, and antipathy towards Bartholomew.  She was hospitalized and shared a room with Izzy after the Conflagration.  She has been released, and is shocked to learn that Izzy has greater status than she amongst the New Sidhe's court.  Her fury tried to block Anton, Jacob, and Joram's escape with Eowin's unconscious body, but Marina of Beacon Hills intervened...for a future price.  Hell hath no fury...

Cavall (Dog) Once the loyal dog of David Ardry, Cavall was one of his Eyes, dispatched to monitor High Castle.  He vanished from that area before the Restoration, and recently returned severely wounded to aid in the battles against the Soul Eater infestation in the Tombs' lower levels.  He was last seen with the "human Bai'Dala

Cerruci, Anthony

(Tony)

(Satyr) A fraternity brother of Randy's at the university.  He helped Randy through his Chrysalis and introduced Randy to his tragos. After an awkward reunion with Randy, Tony is now staying near him at all costs.  Randy has sworn the Oath of True Hearts with him after the Samhain Mists have passed.  He has just returned home from recuperating frommajor injuries suffered during the Conflagration.  He has confessed to doing...something...with Izzy to help bring Randy back during his absence. He has recently been transformed by the Sphere of Khem-al-Khat.

Childs, Bethany (Sidhe)

(House Varich)

While not entirely the same in function as Ishmael, her status in Geryc's court is similar to that of Ishmael's (in his prime) in the court of Eilobar.  Rather than be called "Seeker," Bethany is her Duke's "Silence."  The ominous tone may be intentional--but it is also accurate.  She has already developed a hatred for Bai'Dala and Nathan.

Cole, Hunter (Mortal) Owner of Gypsy Records, and fiancé of Ellie.

Copley, Isabelle (Unknown) A young fae woman whose kith is unknown.  She frequented the Scarlet Letter and was followed by a gaggle of young Wilders, including Tony.  Commonly called "Izzy." Her ties to Tony, and others, have yet to be fully explored.  Believed to be slain in an attempt to kill Randy at Lord Jared ap'Eiluned's home.  Her body was dumped outside Auggie's window in the Varich's freehold, but the body was a Metamorphed Shadow Court assassin.  Izzy herself fled Geryc's side and has now allied herself with Elek, functioning for him in the same capacity Alashandra does for her master.

Corin (Unknown) An advisor to Elek, his kith is unknown.  Though Elek and his Fuath are feral, almost rabid, it was the calm and coldness of Corin that seemed perhaps most menacing during the rescue of Toby, Ma Woods, and Marie Starr.   He seemed furious when Elek allowed Izzy to live, much less serve him.  He may well be the true force behind Elek's madness.

Cort, Dale

Dærath Acheri A form carved of utter darknes, with red furnaces for eyes.  He stands eight feet tall, and is the nightmare the nightmares tell to each other, huddled about their fires on the Kureksarra plains.  Heslyn has seen him watching Elek's troupes, and Bavda fears her influence on Azag and Leta, as well as her own kind.  She views him as the most dangerous thing recently born of the Dreaming.  He has just been spotted outside the Time-Sphere of the school.

Davien (Satyr) A childling who stands over 7' tall, he was one of the guards who helped Charlie aid the wounded during the Conflagration. He was seen plotting via the Ulunsuti with Suramon and her associates. He also has been spotted within the Varich-occupied ducal freehold.

Demetrios (Fir Bholg from the Swamplands)

(Deceased)

The first Fir Bholg scene by denizens of Newford.  Deceased, his death witnessed by Jacob and Grahame.

DNA Technologies

Edgar

Edward (Nocker) A young wilder, he has been dispatched by Eowin to the workshop of Chaos Reach to help Jacob build weapons.  Jacob's first impression was that he was a spy.  Now known to be amongst the Oathsworn.

Elek Fuath Initially a leader of a small pack of Fuath in the Darkwood, Elek fled one of his many battles with the Kithain remnants dwelling in the nearby grasslands and entered the Forest of Lies.  Near its heart, he discovered the Nemesis Stone.  Now he controls a vast invasion force, but his sanity is near the breaking point.

Embry, Nathan (Ghille Dhu) A foreigner from Wales, Nathan arrived to complete his dual degrees at the University.  Gwilym was shocked to see him at Samhain, and others were shocked still when he spoke the Prophecy of the Falcon's Child.  His past, confessed to Auggie, placed him as point man for the guerilla attack on Chaos Reach.  He has been missing since purportedly aiding an entranced Kenneth Vaughn.

Eowin (Sidhe)

(Deceased)

His House affiliation is unknown and he appeared at the right side of the former Duke during Court.   This seemed to bother no one but Joram whose eyes caught a dark fire upon seeing him.  Rumor has placed him earlier at Cær Pallisades.  The party had a simultaneous premonition to not trust him.  He vanished during Samhain, but has returned as an apparent ally to the New Sidhe.  Jacob is still bound by oath and enchantment to his will.  Recently, Jacob has become aware of factions unpleased with Eowin, and sided with the brothers Sullivan to do him in.

Etoile, Sophie (Sidhe)

(House Eiluned)

Of moderate rank amongst House Eiluned, Sophie was a friend of Lorio and Jilly's.  After the confrontation with the Man in White, she took  the party through a secret chamber and used her Ladder to take them to safety.  She vowed to report these affairs to the Duke and see justice done at all costs.  She was assisting Lord Jared in the restoration of the Book.  Her freehold has been destroyed and her dead body found stabbed multiple times, causing Charlie to swear revenge.

Gartier, Jennie

Gemmin, The Manitou Looking much akin to street people, the Gemmin are gentle souls that seek the beauty and simplicity of life at its fundamental level.  They are only identifiable by their amazing violet eyes.  They never stay in one area for longer than three days..

Gen Corp. Corporation A small research affiliate is found in Nabiscoding.

Geryc, Duke of Chaos Reach (Sidhe)

(House Varich)

Leader of the New Sidhe, most of whom share his house affiliation.  He has rechristened the ruined freehold Chaos Reach, and has begun reconstruction.  His plans for the area are unknown, but the Oath the commoners are strongly encouraged to take does not bode well.

Goon Bygone King of the Tombs, Goon is the only known member of his kind.  He serves the world above as an elderly folklorist's serving man, but below the surface of the city the rest of the bygones and smaller ephemera recognize the strength of will that has kept him alive now for three centuries.  He is the possessor of the Stone Drum.

Grahame (Knocker) A childing that proved to be Jacob's staunchest companion...until he and his workshop vanished the day of Samhain.  Jacob saw him in the cockpit of the ornithopter that crashed into the freehold, before the corpse dissipated into mist.  Now known to be the leader of the Commoner Army.

Green Man Gallery, The (Freehold) Located in the area of University of Newford, it frequently supports showings by up-and-coming artists.

Grodin, Rachel Eshu

(Clan Jolibar)

Rachel chooses to use her mortal name to safeguard her semi-secret: she is Ishmael's daughter, and the heir to the Jolibar legacy.  She seems to like Randy, and has taken a liking to the party.  She has been advising Lenore constantly since the Princess arrived.  Lenore is impressed.

Guile, Duke (Sidhe)

(House Eiluned)

Sometimes dubbed 'The Scarlet Sorcerer,' his reputation precedes him.  Hailed by many to be one of the most potent masters of Glamour and Gremayre living, he has turned his attention to the curious affairs of the Kitchen and Jacob's plight.  His interest in Jacob's brand unnerves the nocker, due to Anton's note of warning.  He has pledged to help the party decipher their visions, as well as purge Charlie of any taint with which Suramon may have infected him. He also has taught Anton the arts of Illusion and Gremayre, and is the guardian of the recovered Artifacts.  His dislike for Marine of Beacon Hills is obvious.

Gwilym, Seneschal (Boggan)

(House Gwydion)

A member of House Gwydion, he is the Seneschal of Gwynedd, and is actively seeking the membership of House Gwydion for a High King to rule their ancestral lands from the Ivy Throne.  He has fled to Concordia to meet with rulers of Gwydion strongholds to test their worth.  He has sworn Charlie to protect him during the strange times he finds himself living in.  That Oath is now considered broken, but may yet be repaired.  Following Willamina's death, Gwilym approach Queen Mary-Elizabeth and retained troupes for securing Newford--as well as a commission for Charlie.  Due to his infection by a deadly chimerical plague, he has only but several more days to live--and so he must complete his own quest in just a few short days.

Hale, Fiona (Unknown) An employee of Gypsy Records.

Harroth the Mute (Unseelie Beast)

(House Balor)

Heslyn (Unknown) A slightly bestial young man who has recently met the acquaintance of Bai'Dala.  He has mentioned Dærath's name in Bai'Dala's presence, and has admitted to being in Elek's service.  He is terrified of Elek's growing madness, and Corin's growing influence.

Ishmael (Eshu)

(Clan Jolibar)

His official title was Seeker, and was one of the Duke's most trusted operatives.  The party was surprised not to see him up on the dais with Eilobar upon their return.  He vanished to a place of safety, but not before bestowing Ellylw's Book to Henna and keys to dangerous secrets to others.  He has returned recently, pledging his support to back Auggie in his plans for a Resistance, as well as to help the Newcomers.  He swore an official Oath of Fealty to the young Gwydion duke, which set off a string of terrible visions.  He also was the former guardian of the Orb of Khem-al-Khat, now bound to Randy.

Lord Islington (Sidhe)

(House Gwydion)

(Deceased)

The Duke of Windsor, he was a fair and proper ruler.  His associations with Willow were well known.  He has been assassinated, and Windsor now lies in ruins.

Jæsin The Future The Past

Jared, Lord ap'Eiluned (Seelie Sidhe)

(House Eiluned)

Highest ranking member of House Eiluned in Newford.  He was given the task of restoring the Book, along with Sophie, and it is from his household that it was stolen.  He was questioned by Eowin regarding the theft.  He was Charlie's mentor upon his Chrysalis.  He was announced by Sophie's spirit as one of the only people in Newford they could trust.  He took inAuggie and his allies and allowed his home in Nabiscoding to be the duke's center of operations for some time to come. He has taken an interest in Steve's strangely cool demeanor, and an instant disinterest in a certain arrogant satyr.  But all things change, and he has now agreed to tutor Randy for his future in politics.

Jessamy, Princess (Sidhe)

(House Ailil)

Despite her relation to Yrtalien, Princess Jessamy of House Ailil is greatly loved and respected by those who encounter her.  She was recently chosen as the Green Child in a celebration of the Greening in the Kingdom of Willows.  She was a great help in aiding the wounded after the collapse of Amber Moon, and her attention to Auggie's personage was noted by many...including Henna.  She has pledged not only her personal assistance, but that of her House, to Auggie's cause.

Jones, Ellie (Unknown) Sculptress and paramedic, currently residing at Kellygnow.  She is aiding Angel in helping with the relocation project for the poor newcomers to the Tombs.  She stayed outside of the school and is assisting Goon in the day-to-day running of the growing housing projects.

Joram of the Blades Fox Pooka

(House Unknown)

Anton's fae brother, and a deadly assassin.  His slaying of Ronnie put him at odds with some, but none can doubt the fervor he has for his causes, namely saving his brother from himself and destroying Eowin.  Only recently was it revealed that Voices talk to him, guiding him to the slaughter of those infested with Soul Eater larvae.  Who those voices are, and what future remains for the vision-haunted trickster remains to be seen.

Keihvyn (Thallain)

(Goblin)

In service to Suramon and her associates, Keihvyn has already run afoul of Charlie once, at Kyle's funeral.  He is also remembered as the Arsonist outside Haven on Samhain Night.  He was witnessed reporting to Suramon through the Ulunsuti. Henna and Bavda saw him meet with Alashandra and Izzy, and he agreed his plans playing Suramon and Sabrina against each other had worked, and he was now ready to join their forces with Elek and Ougha'schaka.

Kelledy, Cerin and Merin (Sidhe)

(House Beaumayn)

Moderately famous period musicians, currently on staff at Newford University.  They are aiding the relocation efforts in the tombs, and seem to have become the de facto leaders of the newcomers that reside in the Tombs.  The older denizens, curiously, do not seem put out at all...

Killer, The (Unknown) A man's shape, but with curious silvery reflective items in his hands.  The party observes him slaying the Sea Bishop on the beach at Sleeping Bear Dunes, but is unaware of what they are witnessing unti lit is too late.  The killer seemed to vanish from view.  Now known to be a host to the Souleater, it's identity was never found out.  Some, hearing the party's exploits and the death of Anne, speculate that it was Miss Gwish herself who slayed the Emissary.

Kimball, Jimmy

Kurtz, Anna (Unknown) Youngest of the Kurtz children and little sister to Randy, she has fallen in a dangerous element at High School.  She seems to have taken her brother's disappearance in stride.  In fact, she seems to have almost expected it.  She has revealed she is aware of Randy's fae nature...and is not pleased.  Neither is her supposed boyfriend, Brock.  She was last seen unconscious, bleeding onto the cobblestone alleys of Newford's commerical district outside the Scarlet Letter.

Kurtz, David (Mortal)  Husband of Jennifer, and father of Anna, Timothy, and Randy.   He has been selected for possible appointment to the Appeals Court of the State of Michigan.  As such, he has become even more busy and neglectful of his family, especially his wife.  Recent events have begun to unnerve him, such as the explosion that destroyed the majority of his bed and breakfast, and in his anxiety he begins to take steps towards an unknown future.  His insomnia is growing bad enough he is considering medicating himself.

Kurtz, Jennifer (Mortal) Mother of the Kurtz clan, and wife to David, she has turned to drinking to cope with the abandonment she feels from her husband's newfound freneticism and the absence of her twin sons who were her rock in life.  Anna's rebelliousness has only further pushed her to the brink.

Kurtz, Timothy (Mortal) Identical twin brother of Randy's, he is studying business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  He keeps constant contact with his brother and they discuss their sexual conquests as a sort of sibling rivalry.  Surprisingly, Timothy is the more reserved and bookish of the two.  Frustrated by his brother's lack of communication, his attempts to bring his parents together have been met with drunken sadness by his mother, frustrated annoyance by his father, and concern that borders on extreme from his sister.

Baron Lædekar (Sidhe)

(Unknown)

One of the New Sidhe, though more talkative and open minded than the rest of them.  Widely presumed to be Varich, as are most of the usurpers.  He seemed to be friendly to Bai'Dala.  He has not been seen in some time.

Lacerda, Zeffy (Mortal) Photojournalist from an upscale family.  Currently dating Max.  She is doing a photo essay on the newcomers, and helping with financing the efforts to find homes and feed the newcomers to the Tombs.

Lennin-Corvald, Sabrina (Sidhe)

(Unknown)

Duchess of Peachtree.  Mentioned briefly by Willamina while at Mary-Elizabeth's Court, Sabrina has vast powers and stranger friends.  She is one of the most powerful women in the south.  Henna recently learned she was Suramon's superior in the Shadow Court.  She fled the Queen's court soon after Charlie's initial departure with Willamina.  Her current whereabouts are unknown, but Henna's eidetic memory can map the trods necessary for a housecall.

Leta (Fir-Bholg) Mate of Azag, she is continuing the branch of the Nemesis War that still rages in Splinterspeak and Kureksarra.  She is also managing his his holdings until he returns from the Source of All Things.  She has bitter emnity with the Naraka, whom she sees as usurpers of the natural order.  She recently has annihilated Bavda's clan, and dispatched Vaasya to the Oneiric Realms to ask the Moiræ and their Goddesses when or if she may expect Azag's return.

Princess Lenore (Sidhe)

(House Dougal)

Heir to David Ardry's throne before his marriage to Faerliyth.  Morgan is her regent, but now plots to assume the throne herself.  She had written cordial correspondences with Milt, before his passing.  Recent correspondence, revealed by Steve, indicated her desire to visit Milt in the near future.  She arrived with Marcadian, Duke of Gardens, and has since become Auggie's chief strategician, in exchange for his support in her bid for the Concordian throne.  She took an instant like to Henna. Sparks fly every time she is in Marcadian's presence.

Magic Man

Man in White, The (Unknown) Arrived in a white limousine and cornered Randy in an alley in the financial district.  Seems to have some sort of arcane ability, for his mere attention seemed to slow Randy down, causing Randy's cantrips to fail.  Also, the silver spiders came to his aid when Charlie and the rest of the party arrived.  His chauffeur was slain by Lorio, but the party wasn't told more than that.  A black limousine that retrieved him after the battle took place, looked remarkably similar to that which Willow had entered earlier.

Man with No Name, The (Unknown) Encountered by Bai'Dala in the Tombs, during Auggie's speech.  He reappeared when Anton awakened the Ulunsuti and opened a Gate.  His attempts to flee to what he claims is his homeworld were thwarted by Bai'Dala, only to have him enter the vortex later.  He has not been seen since, and it is assumed he is back home.

Marcadian, Duke of Gardens (Sidhe)

(House Dougal)

Once ruling the Dreaming aspect of New Jersey from his estate outside of Newark, he thwarted a recent attempt to assassinate Princess Lenore.  That attempt forced their swift flight to Newford, as assassins broke into the Greening, Marcadian's own ducal freehold.  His loyalty to Lenore is unbreakable, as is his faith in her cause.  If she has, as some have noticed, recently grown a backbone, it is under Marcadian's tutelage--and care.  His affection for his future queen is not unnoted.

Marina of Beacon Hills (Satyr) Previously under the employ of the Countess of Beacon Hills, this lore-seeker seeks to collect the complete histories of the Kithain and the Houses.  The elderly sage whom she presently serves is not known in either scholarly or noble circles.  She seems to be wary of Jacob, but via a future favour, intervened in Jacob and the Sullivan brothers' botched kidnapping of Eowin.

Menorga, Kyle (Mortal)

(Deceased)

(Missing)

Once a best friend of Charlie, Kyle passed away during the Conflagration.  His invitation to Samhain by Kathryn has both Charlie and Bai'Dala wondering about her intentions...and about her cryptic remarks about Kyle as she vanished.  His corpse has vanished from the morgue.

Milt (Boggan)

(House Gwydion)

(Deceased)

Wise and practical, he sent the party to the trod to High Castle, so that they might find out more about the Sea Bishops.   He was also the watcher of Auggie.  Formerly the Duke's trusted advisor, Eowin and the newcomers to court ousted him from power.  Letters found in his office, however, provide interesting keys to his plans.  He was found dead, and not of the collapse of the freehold, amidst the wreckage of Conflaglaration.  Clearly it was the work of another.

Montcalf, Lydia Troll

(House Gwydion)

This grump has recently returned to Newford from many years abroad.  She was once Augwyr's nurse, when he was first taken into fae life.  She spoke for him before the throng of Newcomers, and gained him no few supporters.  She has been added to those who now reside with Lord Jared.  She's taken to running a daycare service and school for the Newcomer children.

Murphy, Colin

Natalie (Mouse Pooka) Beloved of Grahame, she was cornered by Bai'Dala after the ornithopter crashed.  She claimed no knowledge of it beforehand, but refused to return with him.  Her current whereabouts are unknown, though she has been spotted at Haven.  Jacob's rumor, that he has a message to her from Grahame, has been delivered.  She was seen by Anton at the Scarlet Letter during the Commoner Army's meeting.

Newcomers, the A term used by the fae of Newford to refer to the strange people and beings that have recently entered the city.  The majority of the Newcomers find their way to the Tombs, where a project is being formed to find a means of housing them.  At least one of the Newcomers was suspected of housing a Soul-Eater.  The nesting grounds now purged, the party hopes it is the end of the Devourer threat.

Noman, High Lord (Seelie Sidhe)

Pascinale, Laurette (Seelie Pooka)  This aging wilder racoon pooka, once a great master of espionage during the Accordance War, has set up several schools across Concordia to teach the arts of subterfuge and stealth.  Unaware of what the future had in store, she had made plans to visit  Newford.  Now caught up in Auggie's efforts to win back his throne, she opened one of her centers here, for Auggie's benefit.  She appears to have an interest in Jacob.

San Miguel, Bettina

Sea Bishop, The (Bygone)

(Deceased)

A race of aquatic beings which seldom have contact with those on land.  Reputed to be of tremendous wisdom.  They have only visited their land-bound brethren twice before.  Each time has been before a critical event in the world's history.  His death threatens the security of all of Concordia.  Maerwyd has stated that Nunnehi view the Sea Bishops as semi-divine or avatars, and it is sacrilege to speak of them.  Nonetheless, the Nunnehi revealed that the Sea Bishop was about to proclaim the end of the current Age, and the beginning of the next.  What that revelation was, is now forever unknown.

Seafarer, The (Uknown) Originally called "The Fish-Stick Man" by Toby, who instantly loved him, the Seafarer is a gentle man with a troubled past, and no small amount of arcane might.

Simkin (Manitou) A Recent, and flambouyant, arrival to the Tombs.  One of the Newcomers, or rendered curious by their arrival.  He appears in the crowd during Auggie's speech, and has been seen frolicking about the more strange Newcomer arrivals.

Stanton, Kathryn (Unknown) Librarian at the University of Newford.  Also revealed by Bai'dala to be in collusion with the Mannikins present in High Castle and a friend of his.  She invited Kyle Menorga to Samhain as an attendant, and fled the scene of Conflagration begging for forgiveness.  But not before Charlie's grief makes him threaten her, and she responded with a Curse.  She returned, and desired to aid Jacob.  Her new male associate, however, seems ill pleased with her work in Newford, and her handling of "the Artifacts."

Stanton, Richard (Unknown) A man that has recently appeared, and is frequently seen arguing with Kathryn.  Several members of the party have heard them discuss the Artifacts, and her actions taken to procure them.  He seems to act like her superior.

Starr, Marie (Medium) Henna's Mother.  Fell into a coma of unknown origin, and was in a hospital for testing and observation.  Her sister, Robin, took over the reins of the family in Marie's absence. Now awake and in Newford, she participated in Samhain, discovered her daughter's nature, and now is returning to Novi with Ma Woods and a strangely quiet Tobias.  She was kidnapped, along with Ma Woods and Tobias, by Elek's forces and rescued by her daughter.  She has since returned to Novi, and has reassured her daughter by way of phone that she is fine.

Stolneck, Sylvia (Mortal) Sylvia was Anne's best friend, and while not a Dreamer, Anne kept enough Glamour around so that her secret could be enjoyed by the both of them.  With Anne's disappearance almost a year ago, Sylvia took over the running of their club, Haven.  Despite being under mortal ownership, Kithain and other assorted shadow folk still frequent the club regularly.

High Lady Suramon (Sidhe)

(Unknown)
